Fabio Sutera
Fabio is our Dans le Noir ? wine expert in London. Born in Palermo, Italy, in a family of winemakers, he grew up in the vineyards. He quickly and naturally became passionate about wine. After joining guides team at the Dans le Noir ? London, Fabio decided to follow a professional wine training course with the support of Dans le Noir ? He quickly gained his WSET 2 certificate and was recently awarded his sommelier certificate.
Today, he leads wine workshops and blind tastings in Dans le Noir ? He also helps the management from Dans le Noir ? restaurant to create a selection of high quality and sometimes surprising wines to accompany the menus.
