Re-discover your senses!
Dans le Noir ? and Audio Network invite you to a unique event of specially composed music and food under cover of our private dining room: “Dans le Noir ? Avec La Musique”.
The pop-up experience will launch in Dans Le Noir’s flagship London restaurant on April 24th and will run until May 8th.
Working with award-winning composer Paul Ressel and Head Chef Rafal Zaremba, we’ve created a bespoke musical score to pair with a special 5 course taster menu complete with 5 carefully selected wines.
You’ll be taken on an unusual journey on which your senses are challenged and your imagination pushed to its limits – all without leaving your seat. A truly unforgettable experience!.
The music will be designed to tell the story of the food, heighten the experience and challenge the senses.
Dans Le Noir ? has been serving up a unique sensory experience for more than a decade, offering fine dining in complete darkness. The collaboration with Audio Network will intensify the experience further and create a whole new dimension to dining in the dark.
Dining in the dark is a sensory experience like no other. But what happens when you add specially composed music to help tell the story of the menu? Where have the ingredients come from? How have they been cooked? How do these elements sound and music affect taste?
This exploration of the senses takes place in a private dining area with a run limited to only two weeks; reservations are sure to be sought after.
Information about the experience:
Please kindly note that due to the bespoke nature of the music and pairing this to the food, this menu is not suitable for vegetarians, vegans or people with allergies.
This menu will be accompanied by a special selection of wines combined with your meal.
During these two weeks, the event will start every day at 8pm and the experience will last approximately two hours.
